Many-a-viewer of this seasonal film would subscribe to the intellect at which the writers of this script dealt and delved into family issues. I would not be relating to the supernatural content there ‘cause it is too extreme and too far from reality. On that point, I would not to buy to the ‘whatever you imagine you can achieve’ phenomenon. There are a whole bunch of things that we will imagine and can never bring to reality. You can never imagine flying an airplane to meet God in Heaven. It’s quite unrealistic

Oh, you ask! ‘Asirvo, so you watch seasonal films?’

Yes! I do! The likes of Prison Break, Alias, 24, Jericho, Merlin, Legend of the Seeker, Kyle XY, Nikita and … (fill in the gap).

I have learnt a lot about handling teenage issues, coupled with work hurdles, adopting children and still giving the family a standard. I have looked at how the Tragers handled the ‘husband and wife thing’, while still making that family envy for all.

However,

I am much keen about Kyle’s attitude in contrast with Jessis’. The comportment with which (at which) he gains mastery of his supernatural power without getting corrupted. Hugo Grotius once said: ‘power corrupts absolute power corrupt absolutely’. Yet, Kyle demonstrated the opposite. The truth friends, is that it is our character that matters and not the power you possess. My pastor will say: ‘I am not concerned about what you drive but what drives you’.

I’d suggest that you just give the film an audience with your eyes. Sincerely our kids can learn from it. I guarantee that they just need our parents to put them through as they watch.

Most of us when we are ordinary may not reveal our prides, our arrogance, our evils, the devil coupled in us. Most of us are the show-off-types when we lay our hands on power. We will want to impress, oppress and even distress people. Such is Jessi’s attitude. Yet, it is not her fault, ‘cause when the purpose of a thing is not known abuse is inevitable.

Abraham Lincoln once said: ‘nearly everyman can stand adversity, but give a man power, you will know who he is’.

The truth beloved is this, what can really judge the content of our character is power.

So? Go Kyle XY and not Jessi XX.
